Our approach
We implemented the Kl-supported Perfect Match tool, which automatically analyzes new project requests in real time and suggests available internal employees based on their skills and experience.
The system continuously searches various portals and compares project requirements with employee profiles.
The company receives an immediate notification via Microsoft Teams as soon as a suitable match is identified.
The tool also analyzes no-matches in order to identify skill gaps in the team and promote the continuous development of employees.
