Situation
The integration and acceptance tests were previously carried outin a tried-and-tested, historically grown process, but there was a need to link strategy, objectives and operational work more closely together and to establish new processes in order to respond more efficiently to business requirements.
Our approach
We guided the client from vision to implementation of an enterprise-wide platform for operational and analytical testing with advanced reporting capabilities, revising the integration and test approval process and creating an efficient, transparent business process structure for all stakeholders, as well as establishing new PMO governance to introduce new roles and responsibilities and increase transparency across the organization.
