Supporting a start-up in the field of photovoltaics as a consultant and project manager in order to shorten the time to market launch and put the company on a solid operational footing.
Situation
The company had already started 25 individual projects with a small team of 6 people. Due to the workload and lack of experience in some areas, the team ran into difficulties and worked in an unstructured and inefficient manner.
Our approach
We drew up a structured program plan with clear responsibilities and timetables and supported the team as mentors and technical experts in various areas.
Measures:
- Gap analysis and IT health check
- Preparation of the CRM and ERP implementation
- Development of training materials and reporting tools for the sales department
- Creation of an omnichannel calendar and a training concept
- Tender basis with evaluation tools in purchasing
- Provision of contract templates for handover to the company lawyer
Results
- Development of a project plan with clearly defined tasks, responsibilities, schedules and milestones
- Creation of a business plan and dashboards with KPls for corporate management
- Introduction of sales training and marketing tools to make market entry more efficient
- Implementation of an IT health check and CRM troubleshooting in preparation for the new ERP system
