Supporting a start-up in the field of photovoltaics as a consultant and project manager in order to shorten the time to market launch and put the company on a solid operational footing.

Situation

The company had already started 25 individual projects with a small team of 6 people. Due to the workload and lack of experience in some areas, the team ran into difficulties and worked in an unstructured and inefficient manner.

Our approach

We drew up a structured program plan with clear responsibilities and timetables and supported the team as mentors and technical experts in various areas.

Measures:

  • Gap analysis and IT health check
  • Preparation of the CRM and ERP implementation
  • Development of training materials and reporting tools for the sales department
  • Creation of an omnichannel calendar and a training concept
  • Tender basis with evaluation tools in purchasing
  • Provision of contract templates for handover to the company lawyer

Results

  • Development of a project plan with clearly defined tasks, responsibilities, schedules and milestones
  • Creation of a business plan and dashboards with KPls for corporate management
  • Introduction of sales training and marketing tools to make market entry more efficient
  • Implementation of an IT health check and CRM troubleshooting in preparation for the new ERP system
