Supported a global player in the coffee industry in developing an IT strategy that evolved into a holistic digital transformation project to make the organization consumer-centric.
Situation
Following a comprehensive digital maturity review, we analyzed current and future initiatives and identified opportunities for improvement. The goal was to transform the brand into a customer-centric organization that offers personalized and seamless customer experiences.
Our approach
The project began with a discovery phase to document the current situation and define objectives.
This was followed by a planning phase to define the scope for solution design and implementation.
In the first two phases, we collected thousands of data points through surveys, interviews and workshops, which were evaluated using a data analysis tool.
On this basis, current initiatives were evaluated and future measures developed.
