Development of a vision for the shopping center of the future with an overall digital concept that focuses on the Infopoint as a hybrid service area.
Situation
The client wanted to respond to changing consumer behavior and declining visitor frequencies in shopping centers. The aim was to develop a physical and digital concept for the year 2030 in order to plan for future requirements at an early stage and remain attractive in a competitive environment.
Our approach
We analyzed digital best practices and identified technologies that could improve the customer experience. Our focus was on optimizing the service point to develop it into a hybrid touchpoint with additional services.
