Situation
The flagship store of a major German soccer club wanted to understand customer movements in the store in real time and evaluate the impact of store activations.
Our approach
We identified the key areas for the tracking system, planned the integration and carried out the tendering process for the implementation. We then oversaw the installation and seamless integration into the store environment.
