Supporting C&A in the redesign of their store in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands as a "Learning Lab" to better understand customer preferences and retail trends.

Situation

The new 2,350 m² store was to offer an immersive shopping experience combining visual, tactile, olfactory and acoustic elements. The challenge was to harmonize this multi-sensory experience with customer needs and C&A's brand vision.

Our approach

  • Project management over six months: control and coordination of all work processes to ensure a holistic concept.
  • Communication and team coordination: Effective coordination with all stakeholders and continuous process monitoring.
  • Feedback loops: Establishment of a continuous feedback system to continuously improve the shopping experience.
