Supporting C&A in the redesign of their store in Westfield Mall of the Netherlands as a "Learning Lab" to better understand customer preferences and retail trends.
Situation
The new 2,350 m² store was to offer an immersive shopping experience combining visual, tactile, olfactory and acoustic elements. The challenge was to harmonize this multi-sensory experience with customer needs and C&A's brand vision.
