Implementation of an AI-supported voice bot to make meetings more efficient. The aim was to automatically generate minutes and FAQs from meetings in order to reduce manual post-processing and improve knowledge management within the company.

Situation

The company held numerous meetings every day in which important information and decisions were discussed. The manual recording of minutes took a lot of time, was prone to errors and resulted in valuable knowledge being lost. There was also a lack of a central solution for documenting recurring issues and making them quickly accessible.

Our approach

We have implemented the Voice Bot as a digital assistant that automatically participates in meetings and takes minutes in real time.

The bot captures all relevant content, such as discussions, decisions and to-dos, and prepares structured summaries and meeting minutes.

In addition, the Voice Bot automatically creates FAQs by analyzing frequently asked questions and integrating the answers into a knowledge database.

The system was integrated directly into Microsoft Teams, giving employees access to current protocols and FAQs at all times.
