Support in the implementation of a central HR software platform for Basic-Fit in order to consolidate all HR processes and make the system scalable for further company growth.

Situation

Basic-Fit was experiencing rapid growth, resulting in an increased workload for the HR team, and the outdated, disjointed systems were causing manual work and unnecessary costs, so the goal was to introduce a centralized platform that would meet local requirements, take into account legal complexitiesand remain scalable.

Our approach

  • Analysis of the existing HR system landscape through interviews with HR and IT management.
  • Definition of a target state with prioritized requirements based on employee, business and IT needs.
  • Implementation of a structured RFP process to identify the right software partner.
  • Coordination of the Workday implementation partners and creation of the implementation plan.
  • Test management, governance of company data and definition of the support model for go-live and ongoing support.
  • Results

  • Successful go-live of a central HR management system in all markets in June 2021
  • Integration of existing systems to create a digital ecosystem for the HR team.
  • High employee participation: over 92% within two weeks of go-live.
  • Significantly lower ticket numbers than for comparable projects.
  • Very positive feedback from the IT department and HR teams.
