Audi

We supported the project in four phases using the Digital Architects Framework:

• Discovery: Analysis of core values, stakeholders and the vision for the Audi Experience.
• Planning: Development of a digital concept and description of the customer journey in the store.
• Design & Iterate: Creation of prototypes, support in the tendering process and definition of implementation partners.
• Implementation: Logistics planning, monitoring of the installation and handover of the documentation for optional scaling.

Three unique digital touchpoints were developed:

1. Audi Configurator:
   • Multi-touch table and LED screen enable auto-configuration.
   • The configuration is displayed in high resolution in front of the Allianz Arena.
   • Customers receive an individual code to call up their configuration later.
2. Laser engraving station:
   • The Audi code is engraved on an FC Bayern branded give-away.
   • Customers can use the code at the Audi partner to present their configuration.
3. AI-controlled robot:
   • A robotic arm draws a design sketch of the Audi e-tron GT in just a few minutes.
   • Visitors receive a video recording of the drawing process by e-mail as a digital give-away.

All touchpoints are based on Audi's brand values - performance, precision and innovation - and reflect Audi's vision of a progressive future.
