Designing a modern store experience that integrates technology in a targeted manner, meets customer expectations and takes into account the budget of a medium-sized company.
Situation
As part of the move to a new store, aktivsport planned a complete rebranding. The aim was to apply current retail trends to the business model and the target clientele in order to create a holistic, modern concept.
Our approach
We supported the project as a sparring partner and consultant, pointed out opportunities, established network contacts and provided practical advice on how to implement a state-of-the-art retail experience.
Results
A 500 square meter store that reflects the core values of aktivsport:
