BRIEF
We were asked by an international health and fitness company to help align IT strategy with business goals and make first steps in rolling-out mature enterprise architecture practice.
OUR APPROACH
We have set up the enterprise architecture function, including EAM tooling and delivered the key EA artefacts, such as AS-IS models, application and interface repositories, EA data setup (meta information, versions, costs), governance model and goal setting for 2025 using future state architecture designs, layered approaches (business, data, process, infrastructure).
We also helped the CIO in understanding and using industry patterns, trends, and learnings to amplify the IT leadership and team with the company.
