Support the SVP Brand and Marketing to create, develop and successfully launch a new FISKARS corporate positioning and brand strategy.
SITUATION
Fiskars needed to consolidate 13 brands underneath a new corporate positioning of their Fiskars Group brand whilst integrating this with the development of their digital brand strategy.
OUR APPROACH
We helped develop and position the newly formed role of SVP Brand & Marketing within the Fiskars organisation.
