BRIEF

The client, in expanding the Stücki Park site in Basel, planned to implement a "Plug & Work" concept for flexible office space rental and diverse room types, including additional services. To achieve this, a tender was conducted to select the most suitable software provider.

SITUATION

A leading real estate services company in Switzerland, aimed to enhance the Stücki Park site in Basel with a modern "Plug & Work" concept. This concept involved flexible office space rentals and various room types, supplemented with additional services to attract a diverse range of tenants. To facilitate this, the client needed a robust Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to manage the flexible rental model efficiently. The challenge was to review and refine existing tender documents to ensure the selection of the best SaaS provider.
